The gathering aims to equip leaders for impactful ministry towards Israel by fostering dialogue around Church and Jewish relations within the UK and Europe. It seeks to raise awareness and educate churches and ministries about the critical role the church plays in connection with Israel and the Jewish community.

The event is organised by CRC London in partnership with the Gateway Center for Israel.

Church leaders, ministry leaders, and their spouses who are interested in learning more about and engaging in Church and Jewish relations are encouraged to attend.

4. When and where is the event taking place?
The event is scheduled for the weekend of 5 and 6 July 2024, at the CRC London's Bromley-by-Bow campus in London. The address is ELAM (East London Arts & Music) 45A Maltings Cl, Bow And Bromley-By-Bow E3 3TA. The primary event activities will occur on Saturday, 6 July 2024, from 10 am to 2 pm.

5. Is there a cost to attend?
No, this is a free event. Light refreshments will be provided throughout the day on Saturday. Registration is necessary though. Please visit https://www.crclondon.com/jewish-relations to secure your spot.

6. Are accommodations provided?
As a senior pastor, ministry leader or organisational leader, you are our special invited guest, and we are pleased to offer hotel accommodations for you and, if applicable, your spouse for the night of Friday, 5 July 2024. Please note that spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If this is applicable to you, you should have received a personalised invitation allowing you to register your attendance. If you are a general attendee, you are invited to the attend the main activities on Saturday, 6 July 2024.

8. What can I expect at the event?
The main event on Saturday will include a series of talks, an interactive Q&A session, and discussions focused on the Church and Jewish relations in the UK and Europe.

9. Is there parking available at the venue?

10. What are the public transport options to reach the venue?
To reach ELAM at 45A Maltings Close, Bromley-By-Bow, London E3 3TA, you can use several public transport options available in London. However, please note that routes and services may change, so it's a good idea to check the latest updates on the Transport for London (TfL) website or use a real-time navigation app like Citymapper or Google Maps close to your date of travel. Here are the general recommendations:

Tube
Bromley-By-Bow Station (District Line and Hammersmith & City Line): This is the nearest Tube station, within a short walking distance to ELAM. Exit the station and walk along Bromley High Street; Maltings Close will be on your left.

DLR (Docklands Light Railway)
​Devons Road DLR Station: Another nearby option is the Devons Road DLR station. From there, you can walk (approximately 10-15 minutes) or catch a bus towards Maltings Close.

Due to the targeted nature of this gathering and space limitations, attendance is primarily for senior church leaders and their spouses, and other key leaders from their organisations or ministries. However, for exceptional cases or inquiries, please contact us directly. As a senior church or ministry leader, you have the opportunity to invite other leaders from your organisation by sharing this link with them, allowing them to register for free via Eventbrite.

13. Will childcare be provided during the event?
We regret to inform you that childcare services will not be available during the event. This is a child-free event. Attendees are kindly requested to make their own arrangements if necessary. We appreciate your understanding.

14. What are the exact timings for the event activities?
If you have been invited as a special guest, you are welcome to join us for dinner on the evening of Friday, 5 July 2024. Specific timing for this event will be communicated closer to the date. The main activities on Saturday, 6 July 2024, are scheduled to run from 10 am to 2 pm. We kindly request that you arrive between 9:30 and 9:45 to ensure seating before the prompt start at 10 am. 15. Can attendees meet with the speakers or organisers personally?
Special invitees will have access to green rooms to connect personally with key leaders from other organisations and our speakers. This is a great opportunity to network and engage in deeper conversations about the topics discussed during the event. As a general attendee, there will also be ample opportunity in the break times to connect with other attendees for networking and conversations.

16. Are meals provided during the event?
Light refreshments will be available throughout the day on Saturday. Unfortunately, due to the number of attendees, we cannot cater to specific requirements. If you have any special needs, we recommend bringing your own refreshments. Additionally, our 'The Light' shop will be open, providing a variety of refreshments for purchase in addition to the complimentary ones.

We recommend bringing a notepad and pen for taking notes during the sessions, and business cards for networking opportunities. Most importantly, bring an open heart and mind to learn and engage with the content and your fellow attendees.
